All products supplied by Zyrex Labs are intended strictly as laboratory research materials for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or foods, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or to prevent any condition.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring products for lawful research purposes only and that you will handle, store and dispose of them appropriately. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your intended use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Any order acknowledgement or "order received" email we send confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which occurs when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion before dispatch, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we are unable to verify the order or payment.

When you place an order you are asked to confirm acceptance of these terms and our research-use acknowledgement. We record the fact and time of that acceptance, together with the IP address used, as evidence that the terms were agreed at checkout.

If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@zyrexlab.com with your order number before the cancellation period expires.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund the price paid and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you have returned them). For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, goods that have been opened, used, tampered with or unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty, as their nature means they cannot be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is taken before dispatch and may be completed using Pay by Bank (Fena), UK bank transfer or cryptocurrency, in accordance with the instructions provided at checkout. Where payment is made by bank transfer or cryptocurrency, your order is reserved until cleared funds are received.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@zyrexlab.com so we can resolve it directly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in respect of goods that have been delivered as ordered, may be treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to provide payment providers with order, delivery and acceptance records (including tracking and the acceptance timestamp and IP address) to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, and to recover associated costs.

Delivery is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address; we are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your cancellation rights in section 5, both of which form part of these terms.

You agree that you acquire all products solely as research materials and that you are responsible for their lawful use, handling, storage and disposal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zyrex Labs against any claims, losses, damages or costs arising from your use, misuse or onward supply of the products, or from any breach of these terms or of the research-use acknowledgement you accepted at checkout.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyrex Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use, misuse or handling of products supplied, or from reliance on any information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
