1. Who we are
Zyrex Labs is the data controller responsible for your personal information. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@zyrexlab.com.

2. Information we collect
We may collect and process the following information:
- Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
- Order information: products ordered, order value and order notes.
- Communications: messages you send us via forms or email.
- Compliance and acceptance records: when you accept our Terms & Conditions and research-use acknowledgement at checkout, we record the fact of acceptance, the date and time, and the IP address used. We retain this as evidence of agreement and to help prevent and contest fraudulent transactions.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device and usage information collected via cookies and our servers.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Fena for Pay by Bank), by UK bank transfer, or by cryptocurrency, in line with the instructions provided at checkout.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
- Send order updates, shipping notifications and service communications.
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- Detect, prevent and contest fraud, including responding to chargebacks and payment disputes.
- Maintain records and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process your information to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations (such as record-keeping), and on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our business — including fraud prevention and retaining acceptance and IP records to evidence agreement to our terms. Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies).
5. Sharing your information
We share information only as needed with service providers who help us operate, such as delivery couriers, payment providers (including Fena for Pay by Bank) and hosting providers. Where necessary to contest a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, we may share order, delivery and acceptance records with the relevant payment provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements.
