What does RUO mean?+
RUO stands for Research Use Only. It means our products are supplied exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory analysis and scientific study. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical purpose.
Does Zyrex Labs allow or support human consumption or therapeutic use?+
No. We do not allow, support or condone human consumption, self-administration, or therapeutic use of any product. Every item is sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory analysis. Any customer found to be purchasing for misuse will have their account terminated, their order cancelled without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
What claims does Zyrex Labs make about its products?+
We make no claims regarding the efficacy, safety or suitability of our products for any particular research outcome. We do not advertise medical, therapeutic, cosmetic or performance-related benefits. All product descriptions present factual, publicly available chemical and structural information only.
How much is shipping?+
UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99 on orders under £150 and FREE on orders over £150. You can upgrade to Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for £5.00. All orders ship in discreet, tracked packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Pay by Bank (instant, secure bank-to-bank payment via Fena), UK Bank Transfer and Cryptocurrency (supported networks are displayed at checkout). Payment instructions are provided after order submission, and orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. If you need assistance with payment, please contact Zyrex Labs via WhatsApp before placing your order.
What is the difference between a vial and a pen?+
A vial is the standard research presentation. A pre-filled precision pen is an alternative presentation offered for selected products where available. Both are supplied for research use only.
How should I store my order?+
Most compounds should be stored at 2–8°C. Handling and storage guidance is listed on each product's specification panel.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched, your order is sent on a tracked Royal Mail service and you'll receive a tracking number by email.
